They push each other and they have lifetime friendships. ZTA is a sisterhood of women who all have something in common and belong to an organization that can continuously encourage, inspire or assist their members.
There are a few requirements for women interested in joining ZTA. By creating an array of resources and opportunities, the sisterhood can help women hit their goals. They include tutoring, mentoring programs and academic support; leadership-program opportunities for job-shadowing experiences or participating in service projects. ZTA is also dedicated to raising money for and awareness of breast cancer research/education as well.

Sisterhood is the center of ZTA, and Sisterhood forms its core. The same principles of neighbor helping neighbor can be found within ZTA, sisters lift each other in highest regards both through their successes and challenges. For many of us, it means never having to feel alone as part of a sisterhood where we are constantly supporting ither. It is also a chance to be inspired and motivated by an other tribe of women on the path toward their dreams as well.
ZTA provides its members with the resources and opportunities to understand themselves, embrace their potential, and reach for excellence. They have workshops and training related to leadership, time management and communication skills are also a part of curriculum. Members also have between to build real-world experience through internships and volunteer projects. Support to assume leaderships in the sorority and community which further allow them to polish their skills thereby becoming more self-assured members.
Ultimately, ZTA remains as a unique sisterhood that offers an intense amount of support to its women. In a variety of resources and opportunities, ZTA encourages women to achieve their goals and realize her potential. Because ALL the women in it, are like sisters to one another. Sisterhood is a term that represents ZTA and continues as their main principle today!
